Every company receives a large amount of domestic requests to maintain their master data. This could be dealer and customer master data where new customers and dealers are build or their details are modified including address, bank details etc. or it could a change to chart of accounts which may be creation/amendment of a GL, Cost Center PC etc. This could also be changed to fixed assets, retirements scraping and cost center movements. Usually, many of these master data changes details requests comes through different channels, excel templates, emails, e-forms etc.
